Prices and Conditions

Rental conditions

Occupancy: max. 2 persons
Only pet allowed: 1 dog ≤ 10 kg (upon agreement)
Minimum stay: 3 nights in Louhossoa and 7 nights in Cambo except July/August (14 nights)
Daily arrivals and departures except July/August (Saturdays only)
Organic bed linen is provided
Please bring your own bath and tea towels

Price conditions

1 dog: € 10 per night
Utilities (heating, water, electricity) included
Cleaning: € 50 per stay (obligatory)
Tourism tax: € 2.45 per adult/night
WiFi: free in Louhossoa, € 10 in Cambo per stay (optional)
Laundry service in Louhossoa (organic detergent included): €5 per wash
Bath and tea towel rent if required: € 5 per set/person
Deposit: € 250, will be refunded no later than 7 days after departure

Terms of payment

Deposit on booking: 30% (bank transfer or credit card)
Balance before arrival by bank transfer or on arrival in cash

Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the deposit remains with the landlord and the tenant pays the remaining amount according to the following conditions:
   - up to 45 days -> free of charge
   - 44 to 30 days -> 30%
   - 29 to 15 days -> 60%
   - up to 14 days -> 100%
